The setting would be Fiore Kingdom.
Concerning rules right now I only have one and that is no God like characters. I'll think of more later.
I'm not sure about plot yet. And I'm not very good with ad's.

Check out the rules now. I just threw something together.
For the plot, do you want a more traditional one or something off the wall weird?

Good, I like those. Okay, let's narrow things down. Do we want an inner or outer conflict? Inner between the guilds or outer with something else going on? Or maybe even soemthing is happening in each guild because of an outside force

Alright. You may not want to do the traditional evil against good. I think there should be a dispute that the guilds cannot agree upon and there are the three sides: one side, the other side, and the neutral ones.
