Storm (Tai Kazuki) arrives in Balsam Village. He is short on cash and is feeling murderous. He goes into a small shop.
"Hello how may I help you?" Asks an old man.
"I want all of your money." Storm says to the man.
"Who the hell do you think you are?" Say the old man.
"The guy who is going to kill you. Taste my magic. Wind slicer!" Storm yells as he swings his arm. A gust of wind blows towards the old man and cuts him in half.
"Well that was way to easy." Storm says as he takes money from the register.
