The site enters at the beginning of shinobi culture, just a hundred so years after the death of the Sage of Six Paths. There have been no great ninja wars nor that much death, but what there is, is the seedlings for such catastrophe.
The biju still need hosts and the villages are new and have barely been founded. The lands are unstable and ready to break at any given moment and when that happens there could be an all out war. A Great Shinobi War...
However, there are those in the shadows that speak of a great peace but there are also those that speak of a great destruction. In such an era one must decide whether they will work toward peace or war, and whatever they decide may shape the fate of the world forever.
